Welcome to my corner of the health and fitness world! I’m Alice Dean, a dedicated Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher with over fifteen years of experience in helping clients transform their lives and achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
​By the time I could walk I was dancing. I was immersed into the world of ballet which is where my passion for movement came to light and my understanding of how our bodies move was ingrained within me.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, guiding them through training plans and yoga sessions catered to their unique needs and goals.
My approach is rooted in a blend of practical experience with hundreds of hours of personal training in gyms around London alongside extensive studies of yoga whilst travelling India.

People often ask me - how did you get into all this?
​
I have always been fascinated with the human body and love seeing how uniquely we move and carry ourselves. Not only do our bodies hold memories, but they are also speaking to us. The stories of our lives are carried in our bodies.
Having danced for all of my teens I decided to take a personal training course after college. I moved up to London in my early twenties and worked at one of the top gyms in London with a clientele of Partners, CEO's and celebrities all in which I would never have crossed paths with. I loved it.
Long unsociable hours of delivering training sessions to high performance people took its toll and I took some time to travel and learn all about the wonderful world of Yoga in its birthplace. My training style and beliefs changed when I returned and I put into practice what I had learnt..The rest is history.
