Personal Training Level 2 & 3

Pre and Post Natal 

With so much free information out there the fitness industry seems saturated and overwhelming. There are lots of programmes and workouts available online but impersonal to you!

With over fifteen years of experience working as a Personal Trainer I have worked with hundreds of clients in gyms, online, at home. I offer a variety of packages ranging from one to three sessions a week, progressive programmes tailored to your goals and training location.​

No matter where you are starting from you have the potential to reach your goals and deserve to feel healthier, stronger and more confident in  yourself.

What You Can Expect

We will have an initial phone consultation and movement screening assessment.

From there we will devise a plan depending on time frames and availability and the consistency of training. I offer weekly sessions which are paid by direct debit and booked a month in advance.

Sessions are delivered in -person, online or hybrid.

Unless a programme is tailored specifically to your individual needs and taken into account all external factors then these programmes aren't designed for you and your goals they are "impersonal" training.
