My teaching is a blend of traditional yoga practices with modern insights, empowering you to grow as a practitioner. My classes are designed to help you achieve balance, gain strength, flexibilty and inner peace.

What You Can Expect

My Classes will involve flows of movement working on mind-body strength and flexiblity. My classes differ weekly exploring new poses whilst also returning to familiar postures allowing you to develop your existing practice. Whether you practice in a group setting or privately I enjoy assisting and love a hands on adjustment so you get the most from your practice with me. Our bodies hold different stories and although poses differ person to person I teach a strong emphasis on alignment and enjoy teaching the fundamentals of traditional yoga.

Whether the catalyst for trying yoga is to loosen hamstrings or quieten a busy mind, yoga techniques can be taken off the mat and carried with you into your every day life.

I combine years of personal practice with extensive training in India to provide a unique, immersive yoga experience. My approach focuses on fostering both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga, ensuring that you leave your practice with the confidence and knowledge to guide you on your yoga journey.
